For improving food intake, sleep, movement, self-care and independence.
Support is practical, compassionate, non-judgemental, participant-led and tailored to each person’s goals, recognising that meaningful change often begins with feeling understood and developing strategies that can be applied in everyday life.

What participants and professionals say
Sasha has provided support to my NDIS participants for many years, consistently demonstrating professionalism, empathy and a holistic approach. She has made a significant positive impact on the well-being of those she works with.
Sasha has been supporting my daughter for several years. My daughter is 54 and happens to have Down syndrome. Sasha has a genuine understanding of my daughter's disability and provides clear, supportive and non-judgemental help. Sasha is flexible and adaptable and respects the NDIS processes and goals. It is so good for my daughter that Sasha is calm, kind and easy to talk with and always reliable. They both work well together and enjoy each other's company. Sasha communicates with me at all times, and I feel confident that my daughter is in safe hands.
