Reconnect with yourself, create a more meaningful life

You may have your work life figured out, yet still feel lonely, disconnected or as though something is missing.

Discover how understanding yourself more deeply can help break old patterns, build more meaningful relationships and experience greater connection, purpose and vitality.

Does this sound familiar?

Sunlight filtering through a green forest
  • Have you lost your sense of identity after divorce, separation, retirement or another major life transition?
  • Are you successful at work but feel something is missing from your personal life?
  • Do you feel stuck or uncertain about how to create a more fulfilling life?
  • Do you find yourself repeating the same unhelpful relationship patterns?
  • Do you turn to food, alcohol or work to escape uncomfortable feelings?
  • Do you lack the motivation for physical activity?

Understanding your patterns can change everything. Recognising them is the first step towards change, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Imagine feeling more connected, fulfilled and alive

Through deeper self-understanding and practical guidance, you can begin to:

  • Build meaningful friendships and deeper intimate relationships
  • Feel more enthusiastic about everyday life
  • Discover what matters to you beyond work and responsibilities
  • Recognise and change unhelpful emotional patterns
  • Express your needs and feelings more openly
  • Create a greater sense of purpose, connection and belonging

The Five Shift Framework™

A pathway towards understanding and connection

Lasting change isn’t simply about changing behaviours. It begins with understanding the experiences, emotions and beliefs that shape how you relate to yourself and others.

  1. Stage 1: Being Understood

A compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences, challenges and what matters most to you.

  2. Stage 2: Understanding Yourself

Exploring the beliefs, emotional responses and relationship patterns that have developed through your life experiences.

  3. Stage 3: Awareness

Beginning to recognise triggers, automatic reactions and habitual ways of relating, creating space for new perspectives.

  4. Stage 4: Conscious Choice

Developing practical ways to respond rather than react, communicate your needs and make choices aligned with your values.

  5. Stage 5: Presence, Connection & Aliveness

Cultivating a more authentic connection with yourself and others, with greater presence, emotional intimacy and fulfilment in everyday life.

Frequent questions

Do you offer online and in-person options?

Individual sessions and the Relationship Reconnection Program are held online via Google Meet, from anywhere in Australia. The Group Walk & Talk program meets in person in Centennial Park, Sydney. NDIS support is available by telehealth or phone, or face to face within about 30 minutes of Bondi Junction.

How do I choose the right service?

A one-off individual session suits exploring a specific challenge. The Relationship Reconnection Program offers private, structured support over around 12 weeks, and Walk & Talk offers the same framework in a small group outdoors. If you’re unsure, an introductory call is a good place to start.

What happens in the introductory call?

It’s a complimentary, obligation-free 15-minute call to discuss what’s bringing you here, answer your questions and explore whether we’re the right fit. Book a free 15-minute call

How do NDIS enquiries and referrals work?

I support self-managed and plan-managed participants. Participants, families and support coordinators can find service details and the referral pathway on the NDIS support page.
